Check-in time is after 14:00, and check-out is at 12:00 noon
If you would like to stay in your room after 12:00 noon, the charge is just 6EUR per hour up until 16:00 Uhr
We grant a 5% discount for all cash payments made in the following currencies: EURO, USD, GBP, TL
Your room will only be pre-paid, if you book at a non-refundable rate. Otherwise, payment will be due upon your arrival.
Upon completion of your booking, you will receive an email containing your confirmation details. Please bring this confirmation with you when you check in together with the payment card that you paid with as proof of identification.
Should a room have been booked in your name but you do not plan to stay, please advise us of the name of the occupant as soon as possible.
Subject to availability, changes to the travel dates of a pre-paid booking can be made by submitting a request by email, plus fees that occur by any rate difference.
If you are less than one day from your arrival date you can change your booking only directly with the hotel by calling our reservations team at +90 212 2430005. The change will be subject to availability.
All pre-paid bookings stated as non-refundable are not refundable. Unfortunately, in these cases cancelling a booking, not arriving for a booked stay or the hotel’s denial of check-in to a person not accompanied by the person named in the booking will not result in a refund.
Reservations made with a corporate account must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at time of booking. Once confirmed your reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to seven days prior to your arrival. After that, the cancellation policy displayed during your specific time of booking will take effect.
Room rates shown on our website are per room, per night and include breakfast as well as Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate.
Credit cards may be pre-authorised when you complete a booking with us. This guarantees us that the funds are available to pay for your room or any charges incurred after your arrival. The pre-authorised amount depends on the length of your stay and size of the booking. For further details please contact the hotel.
There’s no hierarchy here, all of our rooms are the same size and come with exactly the same benefits.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damage done to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.
We welcome guide dogs, however other pets are not allowed.
The SuB is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel, though we do have the roof top terrace and an outside are at the lobby cafe where smoking is allowed.
Should it be brought to our attention that smoking has taken place in the rooms, a cleaning fee of 200 EUR will be assessed.
